Tracey Allen Coley is a registered nurse and Chief Nursing Officer of NNCC with more than 20 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Executive Leadership and Management. Tracey is a nurse coach who is passionate about promoting physical and mental health and well-being by caring for the mind, body, and spirit to improve quality of life.
